Every workflow describes an event, a condition, and one or more actions. Operations teams write these in plain language in the admin UI; the platform executes them reliably and records what it did.
Example
When a new lead arrives from Meta Lead Ads in India, route it to the India inside-sales team in round-robin order, notify the team's Slack channel, and tag the lead as paid-inbound for downstream reporting.

Capabilities
A focused vocabulary, deliberately small.
We resist the urge to add every possible action. Operators get a tight, well-understood set that covers the work; new capabilities are added carefully, with backward compatibility.
- Triggers
- Lead created, state changed, ownership changed, note added, SLA at risk, SLA breached, integration connected, integration failed.
- Conditions
- Market, source, current state, owner, tags, score, time elapsed, time of day, and any custom attribute on the lead.
- Actions
- Assign, reassign, set state, add or remove tag, send email, send Slack or Teams notification, fire a webhook, wait until a future date.
- Versioning
- Every edit creates a new rule version. Past runs reference the version that fired so changes are never retroactive in disguise.
- Reliability
- Actions are delivered at-least-once. Receivers can be safely retried.
- Operator UI
- Inspect any run, view the rule that fired, replay individual executions.
